Check your contract end date first
National contracts charge the remaining months as an exit fee, typically $15–$35 a month. If you have months left, we will tell you honestly whether it is cheaper to wait. Many customers switch the day the term ends and we schedule around that date.

Will my old company charge me?
Only if you are inside a term. Prince checks the date with you before booking so there are no surprises.
Do I lose my sensors?
Almost never. Door, window and motion sensors are standard parts; we test each one and replace only what has failed.
How long does it take?
One to two hours for a reprogram, half a day if the panel is replaced.
